1. 適用範圍

本政策適用於 Elongma Tech（一龍馬資訊）為客戶開發、並透過 Google API 存取客戶 Google 帳戶的內部工具，目前包含「uutour 團控表寫入」：它把客戶在 Klook 商戶後台收到的接送機訂單，自動寫入客戶自己 Google 雲端硬碟裡的試算表，供客戶內部派車使用。

2. 存取哪些 Google 資料

本工具只申請 Google Drive 的 drive.file 權限，也就是只能建立、讀取、修改本工具自己建立的檔案（每月的團控試算表及其範本）。本工具不會讀取使用者雲端硬碟裡的其他檔案，也不存取 Gmail、聯絡人、日曆或其他 Google 服務的資料。

3. 如何使用

取得的權限只用來建立每月的試算表、寫入訂單資料列，以及在訂單取消時標記該列。寫入的內容是客戶自己的訂單資料（例如訂單編號、乘客姓名與電話、航班、上下車地點），用途僅限客戶內部派車作業。

4. 儲存位置

授權產生的 token 只存放在客戶自己的電腦上。Elongma Tech 不在任何伺服器上保存使用者的 Google 資料或 token。試算表存放在授權使用者自己的 Google 雲端硬碟，擁有者是該使用者。

5. 分享

我們不出售、不出租、不分享給任何第三方，也不用於廣告。

6. 遵循 Google 政策

本工具對 Google API 所取得資訊的使用與傳輸，遵循 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括其中的 Limited Use（有限使用）規定。

7. 撤銷授權

使用者可以隨時到 https://myaccount.google.com/permissions 移除本工具的存取權。移除後本工具將無法再寫入試算表，已建立的試算表仍屬使用者所有。

1. Scope

This policy applies to internal tools that Elongma Tech develops for its clients and that access the client's Google Account through Google APIs. It currently covers "uutour 團控表寫入" (uutour dispatch sheet writer), which automatically writes the airport transfer orders the client receives in the Klook merchant portal into a spreadsheet in the client's own Google Drive, for the client's internal vehicle dispatch.

2. Google data accessed

The tool requests only the Google Drive drive.file scope, which lets it create, read, and modify only the files the tool itself created (the monthly dispatch spreadsheets and their template). It does not read any other files in the user's Google Drive, and it does not access Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, or data from any other Google service.

3. How the data is used

The access is used only to create the monthly spreadsheet, write order rows, and mark a row when the order is cancelled. The data written is the client's own order data (such as order number, passenger name and phone number, flight, and pick-up and drop-off locations), used solely for the client's internal dispatch operations.

4. Storage

The token issued on authorization is stored only on the client's own computer. Elongma Tech does not store users' Google data or tokens on any server. The spreadsheets are stored in the authorizing user's own Google Drive and are owned by that user.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Compliance with Google policy

The tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Revoking access

Users can remove the tool's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After access is removed, the tool can no longer write to the spreadsheets; spreadsheets already created remain the property of the user.
